ICI Commitment

We are committed to targeting the Victorian Government’s Major Projects Skills Guarantee as part of our role in growing the next generation of skilled workers in Victoria. Our target is that at least 10% of the total estimated labour hours employ Victorian apprentices, trainees and cadets, and we also strive to meet targets of 2.5% of total labour hours being undertaken by aboriginal employees.

Further, we aim to provide greater opportunities for small business, social enterprise and Aboriginal businesses. We also choose to use locally-made materials wherever possible.
