Our people are licensed, inducted and trained for the environments in which they work, including Rail Industry Worker competency where required. Ongoing development ensures skills keep pace with evolving technologies, standards and project requirements, with competency verified and maintained throughout our workforce.
Safety performance is managed through our ISO 45001-certified occupational health and safety management system. We monitor outcomes, investigate incidents and near misses, and apply what we learn across our projects and business to drive continuous improvement.
