The Parkers Road-area level crossing at Mentone was removed by lowering the rail into a trench, delivering a new station, a heritage deck and a 3.5 km bike and pedestrian path. Q4 delivered lighting throughout the station and surrounds and the full power distribution scope for the new precinct.
